Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays may occur that are beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery and include photographs of:
    •    The product
    •    The packaging
    •    The shipping label
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
