At Sincerely Yours Beauty Bar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
1 Contact us within three (3) days of delivery.
2 Include your order number.
3 Provide the reason for the return.
4 Wait for return authorization instructions before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was shipped, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within three (3) days of delivery and provide photographs of:
• The item received
• Packaging materials
• Shipping label
If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund
